Rent Agreement Letters

If you agree to the terms, sign a copy of that letter and send it to me. If I get your agreement, I will enter into an official lease that we will both sign. The start date of the rent is DATE. An AMOUNT security deposit must be paid before moving in. It will be refunded at the end of the lease, minus any damage to the structure. The room is reserved for residential and non-commercial uses. The fee is charged by AMOUNT if the rent is not paid on time.
